The worst run building you'll find in NYC
Pros
You can do whatever you want to the apartment.
Cons
1) Neighbors create unlivable amounts of noise including fireworks in the sidewalk and right on their windowsills. 2) Pests of all kind with no solutions. 3) Super is a joke that sets his own hours, and lets people do whatever they want as long as he doesnt have to do any work.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property Fire the live-in super Clean out the 1st floor residents Fix the locks
