Really cheap to live here. If you get along with Frantz, he will leave you alone.
No help with pests. If you bring up roaches, Frantz will gaslight you saying they are waterbugs and that everyone gets them. Mice were simply dealt with glue traps and nothing more. The heat occasionally would not be on randomly.
