Updated units, great rooftop, front door problems with packages stolen
Pros
Rooftop, high ceilings, updated throughout, AC split units in each room.
Cons
No front door code, packages stolen, dirty halls, high rent increase every year
Advice to the owners
Better security and stop increasing the rent so drastically

Good location, nice roof top, management is unsupportive
Pros
Roof top, privacy in the back of the building, dishwashers, new appliances, big bath tub, laundry in building, great location, close to the train, newly renovated
Cons
Management was strict, unsupportive, only cares about money, blames the tenant for normal wear and tear of the apartment. Management uses intimidation tactics to get more money. Leaks in the building, management said they cannot fix the leak. Basement flooded. No elevator.
