Great school district Close to the train and buses Many restaurants and stores close by
Cons
Constant bed bug problem Heating problems Hot water problems Leaking roofs Non responsive owner
Advice to the owners
Fix the problems instead of pushing them off.

A terrible place to live
Pros
Wonderful neighborhood Close to shops/stores Close to train and bus
Cons
Big infestation problem Zero communication with Landlord Kitchen counter is lopsided Super's English is not the best so little communication with Super Water out of the faucet is too hot
Advice to the owners
Answer your phone when a tenant calls and leaves a voice-mail. Don't make it the duty of the tenant to have to certify mail a letter along with our rent check to get you to take action. Alternatively, stop being a landlord, you're terrible at it.
