Decent building, hands-off management

Pros

Management never bothers you. Mostly young families or working couple living here.

Cons

Management was very slow to respond to many issues, if ever. No super available during off hours or shavas, so if you need something over the weekend, you're SOL. The cleaning isn't great, but most residents are clean/respectful.
