Wish they cared enough...
Pros
The style, with upkeep could be absolutely spectacular
Cons
Safety was an issue. Had a baby in 2020, was living there, paint chips fell from ceiling, weird dust on brick wall, faulty plugs that would randomly spark up, exposed wood under loft part of the apartment.
Advice to the owners
STOP CUTTING CORNERS.
