Complaints go unanswered, bugs, mice, no heat, windows not operating properly, no fire exit, dirty dirty dirty, staircase has lose steps, paint falling off the walls in the hallway, loud neighbors, dogs barking at all hours, landlord/management tries to intimidate tenants. With other words - stay away from this landlord and building

Complete negligence, bugs (flying huge roaches), management is completely evasive, doesn't respond appropriately if at all and that is a compliment
