Location and space for the price of rent
Cons
Landlord is not responsive, have had leaking ceiling for years without resolution, mold growing in rooms, rat infestation, heat not on when it’s cold out, forgets to renew lease and then raises rent when reminded (I currently don’t have an active lease) the list goes on…
Advice to the owners
Fix your shit and be more responsive to tenants
