Living in Brooklyn
Pros
I enjoyed how efficient the garbage was disposed of. The neighborhood is very quiet and mostly asian population. Everyone minds their business and speaks to say good morning or goodnight. The heat was mostly always very strong and had little issues during winter moths
Cons
The landlord was never to be seen and he only communicated through text if necessary. Sometimes he would be accusatory before simply asking what happened.
Advice to the owners
Appreciate your tenants , especially when they pay your salary
