You get what you pay for. Bed bugs, mice and water bugs oh my.
Good neighborhood. Responsive management company. Reliable heat and hot water. Newer appliances and nice wood floors. Quiet.
Pest issues - small cockroaches. They do offer monthly spraying, but still have the issue. Mail room is not secure. Pay rent via check only.
