if you like EDM at 3am..
Pros
Great area, loved the restaurants around and within walking distance. Easy commute into Manhattan.
Cons
Neighbors in building were extremely loud and unfriendly. Management did little to remedy issues, laundry frequently ate quarters and didn't work, pretty sure every wall leaked.

During the transition to heat era, there was often a trouble with responsiveness with the management company. Prior to our move out date, the basement had a big hole
