Terrible location, nice super
Pros
Loved the laundry machine in basement. The super is SUPER nice and gets things fixed.
Cons
The location is terrible. Noise 24/7. Opera singer lives in the building. Stormtrooper footsteps all around. Drug deals happen 24/7 outside and neighborhood is getting real rough. Lots of open drug use outside.
Advice to the owners
Invest in neighborhood and comunity services.
