Decent enough building

Responsive management, fair rent, nicely renovated kitchen
Cons
Some of the repair people, especially the subcontracted ones, are not the most competent.

Good location that’s about it !
Cons
Worst place I have ever lived in…. Management doesn’t care if you have loud neighbors! One neighbor plays drums for 10 hours a day. Another neighbor screams at night outside at all hours
Advice to the owners
Don’t move here ! Awful
