Do not live here
Pros
The apartment looks beautiful because I did substantial work to make it look good.
Cons
I’m leaving this apartment because the landlord will not fix a reoccurring mold issue. I do not trust him to care about my safety. Every tenant in the building has has problems with him.
Advice to the owners
Get a real job

Pros
Great location, not too loud, good water pressure, not too hot in the summer
Cons
Lack of responsiveness from landlord, huge pest issue not being taken seriously (pantry moth infestation and other bugs)
