good location, no upkeep
Pros
The location is great, very near a reliable F/G stop, and walkable to Ditmas and Flatbush
Cons
Since the building changed ownership a few years back there was a lot of super turnover and for awhile we had none. There is one now, but the management company is still very unreachable. No repairs and upkeep.

Deal with Pests
Pros
Quiet building, and neighborhood (mostly families).
Cons
Roaches - that was a constant struggle and that was the main reason why I decided to move out.
Advice to the owners
You cannot just try to renovate apartments and try to cover the problem, some of those units need immediate attention
