Not worth the trouble!

Pros

Decent location, kitchen peninsula, ac unit.

Cons

Windows face a wall 4 feet away, and pre-installed ac units are at the top of the windows, meaning there is no sunlight. Ever. Construction workers would often walk along the side of the building with a full view into the bedroom and no privacy whatsoever. The bathroom does not have an opening to the outside, so it steams up and stays moist and humid. Water would completely go out every few weeks, often with no warming. And when it came back it would be brown for an hour or more. Stairwell is dirty and has not been cleaned, even after repeatedly asking management. No roof access, and the building seems to care more about spending money on surveilling residence than on keeping common areas clean and inhabitable. Heating was just a radiator pole. No way to control it, turn it on or off.
