Quiet neighborhood at times
Cons
House has no insolation, therefore everyone often catches colds, sicknesses and pneumonia.

Nice and Quiet Community
Pros
Relatively quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, landlord and super are always around, on-site parking available, in close proximity to everything
Cons
Because it’s close to the highway you may hear sirens passing often, and people do race through the street at night passing by
Advice to the owners
Needs better record keeping methods.
