Amazing clean outstanding
Pros
Great place good location. Right Next to the J train. If you’re a light sleeper then it isn’t for you.
Cons
I feel like the lobby should be updated a little bit. I would love to see it remodeled

Great place to live
Pros
Train station is right across the street. Landlord that maintains building regularly
Cons
The train maybe is an issue because of the noise but other then that this is a great place to live
