Not great, but cheap for the area
Pros
Cheap for the area. Good water pressure and heat.
Cons
Can hear neighbors from hallway and stomping overhead.

Small space but great management and building!

Management is so responsive Super is great Heat was never an issue

Packages got stolen occasionally A little loud at night Not a lot of natural light and windows Small living space
