clean, quiet, well maintained... just keep an eye on the heat!
Pros
- small apartment building, which means it's pretty quiet! - gorgeous tree lined street - neighbors tend to be seasoned Park Slopers (read: friendly, on the older side, clearly care about their block and its upkeep)
Cons
there were multiple days, particularly near the beginning of the calendar year, where heat was completely turned off. during an NYC winter, this is obviously a problem; the radiators were turned on again shortly after we notified management, but just a heads up that they may turn them off when folks are gone over the holidays etc. !

Recently renovated, washer/dryer, new appliances with convection stove and large fridge, heated bathroom floors, video intercom, no pests
Cons
No amenities, sometimes noisy from street, maintenance has been slow but has improved, no composting
Advice to the owners
You did a great job renovating the apartment. Keep it maintained. I’m not sure what you can do about the noise or amenities.
