Great apartment in UES

I’ve lived in the apartment for several years. The doormen are very friendly, the apartments are generally well maintained and trash management is good

Minor maintenance requests can take a long time

Cons
The building management company has changed in the past a year, and since they took over the places, they haven't been taking care of and addressing the issues for the previous five months. The problems are as follows; 1. Garbage shooter issue with the individual tenant and not empty the basement shooter compartment on time 2. Intercome that connects the front lobby to the individual tenant room is not working 3. I and some of the tenants in the building have been seriously issued of the water leak issues that have not been taken care of. It is becoming a severe level at this point 4. They stopped the building & tenant visitation on exterminating treatment of issues Roaches and bugs.
Advice to the owners
Need response and action from building management to address those the issues immediately
