Where is the blue door?
Pros
Loved the location and closet space.
Cons
I got used to walking up and down the stairs and no laundry in the building.
Advice to the owners
I think the property owner has changed. I wish the street-level door was still that lovely blue color. Paint it blue again!

The common areas of the building are dirty. no cleaning is done in common areas
