Quiet and out of the way
Pros
Nice place and neighborhood if you’re looking to be in very residential area. Close to laundry and supermarket, about 15 minutes away from the train but close to buses
Cons
Very residential, not for everyone. 15 minutes away from the train.
Advice to the owners
The steps to go upstairs are slippery in the rain and the snow.
