Great building with lot of natural light located on a quiet street
Pros
Natural light Large windows Good heat Washer/dryer High ceilings Responsive landlord Clean property Close to the subway
Cons
Sometimes the locked door to the building gets stuck and doesn’t latch closed but they are very responsive when this happens and fix it right away.
Advice to the owners
It’s a great building to live in.
