Good building with lot of character
Pros
Laundry room is nice and has a few books. New super is great
Cons
Sometime can be noisey near the queens blvd

Safe and Affordable
Pros
I like that the super and porter live on-site, so if you need something, you can get immediate resolutions. Also like that there is laundry on-site, and generally not crowded.
Cons
I dislike that some of the windows are old and not properly sealed, so they leak heat. Also dislike that the walls are thin: I can hear my neighbors through the bathroom cabinet, as well as anyone talking in the hallway. Wish there was better sound insulation.
