Good for students
Pros
It was a good starter apartment and the location was great. That alone made it worth it.
Cons
Bathrooms were not cleaned as often as needed.

clean, safe, responsive management
Cons
cockroaches often. they offer pest control but it appears to be a building-wide issue. elevator down sometimes.
Advice to the owners
good job here. and never lose Paul, he has made my experience in the building above and beyond!!!
