Responsive landlord
Pros
Landlord was responsive, nice and helpful. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Renovations were nicely done. Super was great.
Cons
Old building and there were a number of pests. Also, despite being on the backside of the building, it was quite loud because you could hear all of the traffic on Bowery.
