Small building, Nice Landlord
Pros
Clean, only 3 units. Great location. Great layout for roommates or small family.
Cons
Front bedroom is on street and can get loud. Kitchen is a little small. Appliances are old.
Advice to the owners
Open up the backyard to tenants.
