Nice building and nice view of the city.
Cons
Its a walk up building, the washer in the building is not enough, there is only one for the building and everything is broke in the rooftop

Rooftop, garbage management
Cons
Poor construction, no maintenance of pests (cockroaches), building is falling apart, building built poorly with cheap materials, electrical issues, poor air quality (lot of dust)
Advice to the owners
Pest control maintenance, issues with moisture, building needs updated appliances
