horrible neighbor who would bang on people’s doors if they had music playing — even during the day

Great location! 1 block from train!
Pros
-Super close to the Grand Street L Stop! -Anything I would need is on Grand Street so super convenient. -Responsive management company -Neighbors are great!
Cons
-Since it is close to Grand Street, it does get a little noisy from time to time from the traffic from that street.
