It’s alright here
Pros
The apartment is on the larger side and laundry right across the street.
Cons
management is horrible, takes a long time to get anything fixed and won’t be done well once it is. Confusing who is in charge of what in management.

Relatively Cheap, Not a Great Area
Pros
Relatively clean, pretty big place, no rats or mice, laundry nearby
Cons
Active construction on the school next door, Landlord could be a bit more repair, not close to trendy area, the J train, the super doesn't want to be bothered
Advice to the owners
Get seperate bins for recycling plastic and paper because the super gets upset about it
