Proximity to the subway, easily accessible

Older building and prone to pests, walls can be thin so you can hear neighbors

The landlord is very irresponsible. I have mold in my walls.
Pros
I can even call one thing I like about the building. The only thing I like is the neighborhood.
Cons
You report anything to get fixed? And they don't fix it or they take years to fix the front door it's always unlocked because it's damage.
Advice to the owners
Take care your tenants. We all pay you rent.
