Scamming Owners turning building into illegal hotel

The building is clean and the neighbors are nice and quiet
Cons
The building was recently sold to an ex porn mogul named ben Zuhey who is running illegal hotels out of the apartments. He is renting everyone out with increases and then turning the apartments into overpriced online rentals.
Advice to the owners
Stop the illegal hotel, this is a residential building!
