Nice apartment but can't get rid of roaches

Price, location, general cleanliness of building
Cons
German roach infestation that has been ongoing for approximately 1 year. Landlords send exterminator monthly but refuse to take further action to eradicate infestation. Floorboards and baseboards have lots of crevices where roaches are probably getting in but landlords haven't sealed them up
