Bar music so loud
Pros
Good neighborhood, very secure area even at night but the music noise is ridiculous. And people who come to the bar and restaurant smoke a lot.
Cons
Electric bill so expensive no matter what you are doing for save money. Minimum is $300. All in the apartment is electric. The rent every year is higher!!! No matter if we are on COVID time.
Advice to the owners
Keep a rent stable, not all of us have a salary increase every year.
