A great studio to live in for a few years
Pros
Super in the building was convenient. He was a very friendly and attentive fellow.
Cons
My shower pressure and heat wasn’t great. Was pretty much solving a puzzle everytime I was in there. A couple things, like the shower, I had fixed. But a new problem usually occurred because of it. Never had any bug issues but I did have a mouse once.
Advice to the owners
Fix things the right way the first time

Could hear the train a bit and delivery drivers had trouble finding it
