Great location for a reasonable price, but don’t expect luxury
Pros
Great location, great value, really quiet inside apartments even if you can hear everything from hall
Cons
Tiny elevator, roach problem (usual level not crazy bad), supers change pretty frequently

Too noisy. Probably wouldn’t live here again.
Pros
Clean and well maintained. Good pest control.
Cons
Walls and ceilings are thin and you hear your neighbors. I had particularly loud neighbors and it really negatively affected my experience here overall. Management did try to fix the issue by talking to them, but I think it’s more of a structural thing. If you’re sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere.
