Neighbourhood is peaceful with subway around the corner

Inefficient management, if you have any issue it will take at least 2 weeks to hear back from the management and then work is done in another two weeks so just pray you don’t have an issue. We moved in and the kitchen and bathroom stink with no cleaning done at at all it was pathetic. Electricity sockets are really old and trip easily plus the bathrooms taps have leakage!
Advice to the owners
Please be more responsive and create an effective system for tenants complaints where they could actually feel that they are being heard! Be more efficient and involve less parties when there is an issue because it’s the tenant who suffers meanwhile all other parties i.e landlord/Building management etc just pass around the issue!
