A solid place to live
Pros
-Nice people in building -Packages never get stolen -Big apartments
Cons
-Very small and slow elevator -Super has been rude on several occasions -Laundry machines in basement are very old and dont work well
Advice to the owners
The building needs some updating and much needed maintenence

Great UES Building

Clean, friendly neighbors, beautiful neighborhood. Elevator in building, laundry in basement.

Elevator is slow.
