Good for the money but dirty
Pros
Close to subway, cheap
Cons
The landlord never answered to the requests, and in the end took my security deposit. The place had pests.

Fine, just fine!
Pros
Rent-stabilized, friendly neighbors, large apt, good location
Cons
Management is responsive but not always super keen on helping to fix things. Heat and hw paid by tenant... across the street from hospital and close to firehouse which both are causes for noise at night .

Common areas could be nicer
