Nice quiet building with lots of natural light
Pros
The building is quiet, the apartments have big windows and are spacious
Cons
The hallways and communal areas could be cleaner, the amenities could be better a bike rack/storage would be great
Advice to the owners
Consider amenities and what renters need and would better their experience living in this building
