a fine apartment
Pros
3/4 units have private outdoor space, kitchens are well equipped, super/landlord are responsive enough
Cons
super/landlord never give notice of work being done, about anything ever. water pressure could be better. a 2BR apartment where one of the BRs is barely a BR.

great location. nice outdoor space if you're living in the right units (every unit but #1).
Cons
the building is unsafe, un-inspected, and unregistered. the owner is completely resistant to getting anything fixed and will ghost you for days on urgent matters. i've had consistent issues the entire time i've lived here.
