Very responsive management company, amazing location, great AC, very friendly front entrance staff, cannot hear neighbors

Apartment given in disgusting condition after lying about cleaning it. Each call made to landlord about heat, exit door problems, refridgerator issues was met with excuses and arguments. Also was just walking into my apartment unannounced in the end "because the realtor is here and they want to take pictures." Upon leaving they claim that it was left worse than given (not possible as the bathroom took 12 full scrutiny downstairs to be useable) and is just looking to take my security deposit any way possible.
Advice to the owners
Get another job because all the tenants complain about you.about
