The lower level of the apartment would flood every time it rained very hard

The lower level of the apartment would flood whenever it rained heavily. It didn’t seem like the work done each time ever really fixed it
Advice to the owners
Cheaper ways to fix things is understandable, but not always the best

Pros
Close to subway.
Cons
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.
