Great east village apt
Pros
Love the location, and it’s above a great (but not too noisy) bar. Never had any issues w management
Cons
Small apartment sizes

Corporate landlord—digital and pretty responsive Great bar on bottom floor No cleanliness issues
Cons
Not an issue for us, but it’s in a busy area, and units aren’t very big
Advice to the owners
Make use of the backyard for tenants to enjoy!
