Horrible neighbors with too many pets

Water pressure was okay
Cons
Horrible neighbors, lots of pest issues, unresponsive management, heat broke a lot resulting in a week in December completely without heat

It was a great place to live.
Pros
The building was very clean and I rarely had any issues with management.
Cons
I do not recall running into any issues where we needed management.
