Overrun by rats and mice in the lobby. Bugs everywhere. Just everywhere. People smoke in their units. Garbage is extremely mishandled. My wiring was done by unliscenced super and barely worked 40% of the time. Heat is cheap. My ceiling cracked and fell twice during my occupancy. Water leaks in the lobby, my unit leaked horribly and infested all of my belongings with toxic horrible mold. I had to dispose of everything I owned. It sounds nuts, but it wouldn’t be possible to invent how horrible this building is. Stay far away!
Advice to the owners
Get a proper superintendent. Take care of garbage. Attend to water leaks and make necessary repairs with professionals.
