Worst landlord, worst roomates

Cheap - Maybe.
Cons
Nothing is great. Landlord is rude and not trustful. roommates stolen my air conditioners and make very big noises every day.

Cheap nothing else.
Cons
Having Cockroaches for 2 years. Landlord come in without let you know and start to ask random questions not related to rental. When landlord come to to fix something, landlord doesn’t clean. Almost Everything is broken down.
