Broker misled us bigtime. “Doorman building”- very nice people but not doormen really, just package handlers. The culture is to let up everyone who walks in and give out your information. They often have headphones in, wish they’d just put a video buzzer like walk-ups, it would be safer. A delivery person actually said to us “this place would be really easy to rob.” Were told multiple repairs would be fixed by move in, none resolved. Roaches. Mice. Unresponsive owners. Overpriced. Super is nice but incredibly overworked and without the resources to do anything.
Advice to the owners
Either use the buzzer system or give the front desk a phone system to call up. Stop calling it a luxury doorman building. Give the super help.
