Great building to live
Pros
Laundry in building. Very close to the Q and bus stops
Cons
Garbage smell at times.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and clear with tenants.

Lovely Studio with Great Landlord
Pros
The neighbors are lovely to start off with. Really started feeling like a community right when I moved in. From there, the building itself is kept up pretty well. With being a New York Apartment, it is known that there is give and take. Definitely think I got more take then I had to give!!
Cons
The floors in my studio were not done super well. Due to this, the started almost peeling?
